We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for larger events. Last-minute bookings may still be possible depending on availability.

For most setups, you have the option to include a staff member on duty, especially for our simulator games (golf and racing). We highly recommend it—our team is trained to manage the software, troubleshoot issues, and guide players for the best experience. Setup and teardown are always handled by us, regardless of staffing during the event.

For guests with epilepsy, certain arcade games with flashing lights may not be suitable. Yes, children aged 9 and older are welcome to play, but they must have adult supervision during their session.

Bookings & Refunds
Booking is easy! Simply fill out our booking form or contact us directly with your event details. We’ll confirm availability and send you a custom quote within 24 hours.
You can cancel up to 2 weeks before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date may not be eligible for a refund due to planning and resource allocation. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
